THURSDAY OCTOBER 28th, 2004

Welcome Day -

    • Registration & Packet Pick-up
      • 10 AM to 6 PM
      • Look for signs to find us, we should be out near the pool or inside the bar area.
    • Chill'in by the Pool
      • Come on down and catch some sun with your reunion staff
    • Welcome Party
      • 7 PM till ???? Please come early, we will discuss many things that you will need to know about. This will be the first time for some of us to meet. Remember - We have no strangers attending this, only friends who have not met yet.

FRIDAY OCTOBER 29th, 2004

A Day at EPCOT -

    • This is the event we would like you to wear your Reunion T-Shirt. We will take a group picture with them on.
    • You will be told what time to meet and where at the Welcome Party. It is VERY important you go in with us as a group, all together. Please carry as little as possible and have a photo ID with you.
    • Welcome Breakfast in the Park
    • Optional scavenger hunt
    • Food & Wine Festival
    • Drinking Around the World
    • Viewing for Illuminations
    • A few other surprises!

Evening Halloween Costume Party from 8 PM to 2 AM

    • Shuttle Bus starts running at 7:30 PM from the hotel to the party location
      • See your registration information for times and locations
    • Dancing, Contests, Prizes.
    • Don't forget to bring a Halloween Costume for the Best Costume Contest
      ***No Disney borrowed Costumes.

NOTES AND INFORMATION

 

So your all paid, registered, confirmed, and ready to come back to Orlando, Florida for the reunion. I know the Celebration Planners for this event are excited, and I am sure you are as well.

We have an additional option for you when you arrive here. This is NOT required, but if you would like, you may participate.

When you register with us, you will have the option to pay for a DVD of the reunion. This will be a GREAT way to have all the memories of the event in one location. The DVD will contain names, emails and contact information for everyone who attends, as well as pictures and videos from the events.

WE NEED YOUR HELP. To keep cost down, we will be asking everyone who wants to help, to please bring your Cameras, Video Cameras and take pictures and video. By Monday morning we will collect all pictures and videos and download them for use on the DVD.

The hard work is being DONATED by the husband of Lesley (Paul Hunter), Canada 94-95. He is a professional, award winning video guy. (Im sure he has a real title, but you get the point). He will be doing this on his own time, and says he can have them all ready sometime in January. They will then ship them out to everyone.

Now, to help cover the cost of the DVD and shipping, they will need $20.00 US per DVD. They can make the DVD in any format needed.

So if your interested in this GREAT option, have your money ready at registration and ask for the form to complete.
